1. Returns Eligibility
- 30-Day Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery
- Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags/manuals
- Proof of Purchase: Original order number or receipt required
Note: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene/safety reasons (e.g., opened fluids, installed electrical components). Contact us if unsure about eligibility.
2. Refund Process
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving your return Refund Methods:
- Original payment method (credit/debit/PayPal)
- Store credit available upon request
- Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
3. How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email sales@mycarsparts.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Instructions: We'll email you return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship Your Return: Pack items securely and include all original documentation
- Confirmation: We'll notify you when we receive and inspect your return
Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until refund is complete.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
5. Exchanges
Need a different part or size?
- First return the original item following our standard return process
- Then place a new order for the correct item
- Contact us if you need assistance selecting the right part
